RETURNS & REFUNDS

We replace items only if they don’t fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item or have a return, send us an email at goatwearableculture@gmail.com mentioning the reason why you wish to exchange it or have it returned.

The item(s) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from reception of the order. Once our team receives the items we will ship the desired size/style within 14 days.

For the item to be eligible to exchange or return, it must be in good condition, without being worn or washed, and the packaging and the brand tag must be in very good condition.

The exchange and return must be previously authorised by GOAT Wearable Culture. Please e-mail goatwearableculture@gmail.com before shipping. Once the exchange or return is authorized, you can return your items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective GOAT Wearable Culture shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange. GOAT assumes the responsability of shipping back the new items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
