Please read these terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions set below.
By placing an order at GOAT Wearable Culture, you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at GOAT for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.

GOAT Wearable Culture website and any other means of collecting personal data are controlled. Referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout this Privacy Policy. We are the primary data controller for the purposes of this website.

The information you provide is only available to GOAT and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to check the information held about you. You always have the right to request GOAT Wearable Culture to delete or correct the information held about you.
Product
Our products are guaranteed new. The availability of the product is indicated on the product description. Photographs from the catalog are as similar as possible but we cannot not ensure the perfect similarity with the product offered, especially for product colors. The pictures shown do not have any contractual value.
Price
The prices paid for the products you order are those displayed on this website, at the time the order is placed, including VAT at the legal rate of GOAT’s jurisdiction, but exclude any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged according to the values indicated on our website, calculated, according to the delivery country and the selected shipping method.
If you are located outside of the E.U. customs charges, different taxations and import duties may be applicable. These charges will not show up in your order and we are not responsible for these charges. Make sure to inform yourself with your local customs office before placing an order.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products and shipping costs at any time, without affecting orders which have already been placed.
Order
The customer who wishes to buy a product must:
- Validate the check out after reviewing his order.
- Fulfil the identification sheet with the requested and indicate or confirm his billing and delivery address.
- Select a shipping method and complete the order with the desired method of payment.
All data recorded is used as valid proof of the transaction.
We accept payments with:
1) Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. In the event that your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used for debiting your account will be automatically determined by the Bank / Payment operator and not by us.
Credit Card payments are processed by STRIPE. This third-party payment operator ensures a safe, encrypted transaction. If payment is made using a credit card, a pre-authorization may be made to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
After selecting the credit payment option, you must enter the necessary data of your credit card, namely the cardholder name, the type of credit card, the number, validity and security code of the card and, then confirm payment.
In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will contact you and may possibly request further information to try and resolve the issue.
2) Paypal
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.
All products remain GOAT’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from GOAT.
All transfers conducted through GOAT Wearable Culture are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions of the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Additonal information
GOAT Wearable Culture reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. If the purchased product is sold out, we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid. We shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
